Genotyper is an application of the Breed Bio cloud platform supporting that helps you analyze and interpret of endpoint PCR data. Our AI algorithms automate the classification of different alleles based on the raw fluorescent data. As you authorize & review data, the AI improves and uses historical classifications to bias its future results.

We support a file-based data import for most plate readers available on the market. Several file formats are supported of the shelve, or custom-made parsers can be developed for your specific use.

For users of LGC's Kraken software, data can be imported automatically with our Kraken integration software, Genotyper Drive.

Using the intregration, Kraken project with specific statusses are automatically uploaded and analyzed in Genotyper. When submitting the results in Genotyper they are automatically updated & submitted in Kraken, too. The user can also manually select projects from their Kraken database and import into Genotyper.

Algorithm: The automated analysis component in Genotyper. The algorithm differentiates clusters and will provide a result for each datapoint. The call is the genotype classification of a sample, scored by the algorithm or edited manually by the user.

Analysis: A group of PCR results over one or multiple assays and one or multiple plates that are imported and analyzed together.

Laboratory environment: the shared workspace for all Breed Bio Genotyper users in your laboratory, pertaining to a single database and a set of users managed by your Admin-users from the Team module.

From the middle panel of the navigation menu you can browse to your other Breed Bio apps, such as Metrics.
