Performance Boost
With laboratories running larger and larger workloads on Genotyper, we have overhauled the Genotyper analysis screen to deliver a noticeable speed increase.
Faster data exploration: experience a much faster application, especially when scrolling through assays and interacting with large analyses containing many PCR plates.
Faster interaction workflows: faster scoring of data points on larger data sets, such as groups of 1536-well PCR plates.
Auto-scoring dropouts
The Genotyper AI has been extended to handle datapoints with low fluorescence values in a new Genotyper concept called "dropouts".
Automatic detection: enable this feature to automatically score dropouts,
samples exhibiting low or no fluorescence values.Increase efficiency: reduce the need to manually mark those samples, allowing you to focus on more complex calls.
Approvals for collaboration
For teams that require oversight and structured collaboration, we’ve introduced an approval system.
Review process: implement one or multiple sign-off steps within your team's workflow.
Traceability: easily track approval timestamps & users across assays and PCR plates.
Additional improvements
Several minor enhancements and performance optimizations.
Improved data import robustness: empty lines in files are handled gracefully.
A redesign of the Assays screen, including a new "Used in" tab: this tab gives you a quick overview of all the analyses the assay has been used in.
The number of reads is now visualized on the cards in the "Matrix view" (if > 1).
The total called % column has been added to the PCR plate table view.
Updated table design with draggable and hideable columns:
-> Click column header to sort. Again to sort descending. Again to remove sort.
-> Click the "eye" icon to hide a column. Click the + icon to show a column.
-> Drag & drop columns to change ordering. Drag & drop columns to resize.
